Job summary

Rankin Physical Therapy, a H2 Health company, seeks a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for our Outpatient Clinic in Inwood, WV. This full-time role supports a diverse patient population, including orthopedic, post-operative, neurological, vestibular, balance, gait, and sports-related conditions.

You will provide treatment under the supervision of a licensed PT, implement individualized plans, document care with Raintree EMR, and contribute to a collaborative clinic culture within the H2 Health

Qualifications

• Associate degree from CAPTE-accredited PTA program.
• Current or eligible Physical Therapist Assistant licensure in the applicable state.
• New graduates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatment interventions under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans focused on functional outcomes and patient goals.
• Deliver evidence-based treatment interventions including therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, balance training, gait training, and patient education.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Build strong relationships with patients, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently using Raintree EMR.
• Collaborate with a supportive clinical team while contributing to a positive and engaging clinic culture.
