Cornerstone Rehab in Kentucky is seeking a PRN Physical Therapy Assistant to deliver patient-centered care to adults and geriatric populations. You will collaborate with a diverse team of clinicians and travel to nearby centers as needed.

This role emphasizes planning and documentation, establishing plans of care tailored to each patient, and contributing to positive outcomes in skilled nursing and acute care settings. A valid State PTA license and SNF/acute care experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid State PTA license or equivalent credentials.
• Experience in SNF or acute care settings is preferred.
• Ability to travel to nearby centers as needed.
