Job summary

Cornerstone Rehab is seeking a PRN Physical Therapy Assistant to deliver care to adult and geriatric patients across our centers in Ohio. Join a diverse team of clinical professionals and contribute to quality outcomes in post-acute settings.

You will establish a plan of care, prepare progress notes and discharge summaries, and travel to nearby centers as needed. Valid State PTA license and SNF/acute care experience are required; join us to grow professionally in a clinician-owned company.

Qualifications

• Valid State PTA license required.
• Experience in SNF and/or acute care settings.
• Proficient in documenting care and discharge summaries.
