Job summary

Cornerstone Rehab is seeking a PRN Physical Therapy Assistant to deliver care to adult and geriatric patients and collaborate with a diverse clinical team.

We support therapists with resources and professional development; in this role you may travel to nearby centers as needed, delivering quality care across skilled nursing facilities in the United States.

Qualifications

• Valid State PTA License is required.
• SNF and/or Acute care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy to adult and geriatric patients.
• Prepare documentation, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
• Establish a plan of care in accordance with the patients' needs and capabilities.
• Travel to nearby centers as needed.
