Job summary

Cornerstone Rehab is seeking a PRN Physical Therapy Assistant to deliver care to adult and geriatric patients. You will work with a diverse team of clinical professionals to support patient outcomes and provide high-quality rehabilitation services.

As a PTA, you will document progress, discharge summaries, and contribute to the plan of care while traveling to nearby centers as needed. This role offers flexible PRN scheduling in the Ohio facilities.

Qualifications

• Active State PTA license
• Experience in SNF and/or Acute care settings

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy to adult and geriatric patients.
