The Hamlet Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center at Nesconset is seeking a full-time Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join a dynamic team in a skilled nursing facility.

The ideal candidate holds an active PTA license in the state, has interest in geriatric care, and can evaluate and treat residents independently under PT supervision. SNF experience is preferred; competitive salary and comprehensive benefits are offered.
