The Hamlet Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center at Nesconset in New York seeks a full-time Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our skilled nursing facility team. The ideal candidate will hold a state license, work with geriatric residents, and evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision.

Responsibilities include assisting the PT to design therapies to improve mobility, relieve pain, and promote wellness.

• SNF experience preferred but not required.
