The Hamlet Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center at Nesconset in the Village of Poquott, NY, seeks a full-time Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our skilled nursing facility team. The PTA will assist the physical therapist, evaluate and treat residents, and perform functional activities to improve mobility and comfort.

Applicants must hold a New York PTA license, have a passion for geriatric care, and work independently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Must hold a state license to practice as a PTA.
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred but not required.
• Ability to evaluate and treat independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities
