Job summary

Chandler Creek Post Acute in Greer, SC is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our rehab team on a full-time basis. You will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver therapeutic services helping residents regain mobility and independence.

The ideal candidate is a graduate of an accredited PTA program, holds a South Carolina PTA license, and has strong communication skills to collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program.
• Active, unencumbered PTA license in South Carolina.
• Prior experience in skilled nursing or rehab setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient therapy treatments as outlined in care plans.
• Assist residents with exercises, mobility training, and rehabilitation activities.
• Monitor and report patient progress to the Physical Therapist.
• Maintain accurate and timely treatment documentation.
• Ensure a safe and supportive therapy environment.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
