Job summary

Chandler Creek Post Acute in Greer, SC is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our rehab team.

As a PTA, you will work under a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver therapy, help residents regain mobility, and maintain independence in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

This full-time opportunity offers competitive hourly pay ($25-$35), benefits and PRN opportunities across our South Carolina facilities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active PTA license in South Carolina.
• Experience in skilled nursing or rehab setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient therapy treatments as outlined in care plans.
• Assist residents with exercises, mobility training, and rehabilitation activities.
• Monitor and report patient progress to the Physical Therapist.
• Maintain accurate and timely treatment documentation.
• Ensure a safe and supportive therapy environment.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our rehab team on a PRN basis. If you're passionate about helping patients regain mobility and independence, we'd love to have you on our team.

Position Summary

As a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA), you will work under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver therapeutic services that help residents recover, improve mobility, and maintain functional independence.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient therapy treatments as outlined in care plans
• Assist residents with exercises, mobility training, and rehabilitation activities
• Monitor and report patient progress to the Physical Therapist
• Maintain accurate and timely treatment documentation
• Ensure a safe and supportive therapy environment

Qualifications
