Chandler Creek Post Acute in Greer, SC is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our rehab team on a PRN basis. You will deliver therapeutic services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to help residents regain mobility and independence.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active, unencumbered PTA license in South Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient therapy treatments as outlined in care plans.

• Ensure a safe and supportive therapy environment.
