Job summary

PACS Group, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our rehab team at Chandler Creek Post Acute in Greer, South Carolina. This full-time position offers competitive rates of $25–$35/hour, along with numerous benefits including medical, dental, vision, PTO, and 401K matching.

As a PTA, you will work under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist, helping patients regain mobility and independence through therapeutic services. A passion for patient care and an active PTA license in South Carolina are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program.
• Active, unencumbered PTA license in South Carolina.
• Prior experience in skilled nursing or rehab setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient therapy treatments as outlined in care plans.
• Assist residents with exercises, mobility training, and rehabilitation activities.
• Monitor and report patient progress to the Physical Therapist.
