Job summary

Chandler Creek Post Acute in Greer, SC, seeks a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our rehab team on a PRN basis. You will work under a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver services that help residents regain mobility and independence.

The role offers flexible scheduling, competitive PRN pay of $30–$35 per hour, and opportunities across our South Carolina facilities. Experience in skilled nursing or rehab preferred; SC PTA license required; strong communication and teamwork skills

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program.
• Active PTA license in South Carolina (SC).
• Experience in skilled nursing or rehab setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient therapy treatments as outlined in care plans.
• Assist residents with exercises, mobility training, and rehabilitation activities.
• Monitor and report patient progress to the Physical Therapist.
• Maintain accurate and timely treatment documentation.
• Ensure a safe and supportive therapy environment.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
