Job summary

PurposeCare is a leading home care and home health provider serving the Midwest, with a focus on keeping clients healthy and safe at home. We are hiring a Physical Therapy Assistant to join our growing team and deliver personalized, real-life therapy in clients’ homes as part of a compassionate care family.

Qualified candidates will hold a PTA license, have 1 year of PTA experience (home health preferred), and be able to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist Assistant license in the applicable state.
• 1 year of physical therapy assistant experience preferred, home health experience preferred.
• Ability to perform tasks involving physical activity, including lifting up to 50 lbs, bending and standing.
• Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and/or access to dependable transportation.
• Ability to successfully complete a background check.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Current Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state in which you are applying
• 1 year of physical therapy assistant experience is preferred - home health experience preferred
• Ability to perform tasks involving physical activity, which may include heavy lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and standing
• Current Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and/or access to dependable transportation
• Ability to successfully complete a background check
