We are seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Indiana team and deliver skilled visits in patients’ homes, partnering with clinicians to advance functional goals with autonomy and compassion.

Qualifications

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Current Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state in which you are applying
• 1 year of physical therapy assistant experience is preferred - home health experience preferred
• Ability to perform tasks involving physical activity, which may include heavy lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and standing
• Current Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and/or access to dependable transportation
• Ability to successfully complete a background check

Hiring Range

This is a paid per visit position - Rates range from $71 - $110
