Aufgaben

• Provide physical therapy services to residents under supervision of the Physical Therapist.
• Conduct resident screenings to determine intervention needs.
• Assist in evaluations and treatment planning under the Physical Therapist.
• Implement individual and group treatments per plan, including ROM, gait, balance and modalities.
• Monitor response to therapy and modify as directed.
• Assist in scheduling and coordination with the care team.
• Document compliant and medically necessary CMS-related records in NetHealth EMR.
