Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist Physical Therapist in evaluating treatment effectiveness and adjust plans.
• Deliver interventions focusing on posture, balance, locomotion, strength, and pain management.
• Administer treatments under supervision and ensure current practices.
• Monitor progress and provide feedback to the supervising therapist.
• Educate patients on exercises and self-management strategies.
• Tailor approaches to age, development, and cultural background.
• Document care, plans, progression, and discharge recommendations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and participate in discharge planning.
• Maintain infection control and a safe environment.
• Perform other duties and maintain reliable attendance.
