Responsibilities

• Assist the Physical Therapist in evaluating and adjusting treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic interventions focusing on posture, balance, locomotion, strength and endurance
• Administer treatments under supervision and ensure alignment with current practices
• Monitor patient progress and report outcomes to the supervising PT
• Educate patients on exercises and self-management strategies
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and participate in discharge planning
• Maintain infection control and safety protocols, ensuring a clean environment
• Maintain regular attendance and comply with policies
