Qualifications

• 0-1 years of experience in a physical therapy setting is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Physical Therapist in evaluating treatment effectiveness and adjust plans as needed.
• Implement interventions focusing on posture, balance, locomotion, strength, endurance, flexibility, and daily activities.
• Administer treatments under supervision in alignment with PT practices.
• Monitor patient progress and report outcomes to the supervising PT.
• Educate patients on exercises and self-management strategies for recovery.
• Ensure treatment plans respect age, development, culture, and goals.
• Document care clearly and accurately per policy and regulations.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and participate in discharge planning.
