Family Tree Rehabilitation, part of The Campus of Anna Maria, on a wooded OH campus, seeks a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a full-time role in our therapy department. You will provide skilled PT services under a PT supervision and support residents' mobility and independence.

Starting pay ranges from $27 to $35 per hour, with opportunities for higher compensation based on productivity and experience. Benefits include PTO, insurance, and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• Active PTA license in Ohio is required.
• Experience providing skilled physical therapy services.

Responsibilities

• Administer physical therapy treatments according to established plans of care
