Family Tree Rehabilitation, part of The Campus of Anna Maria, is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide skilled therapy on the Aurora campus in Ohio. Under supervision of a licensed PT, you will assist residents with mobility, strength, balance and rehab plans, ensuring safety and individualized care.

The role requires an Ohio PTA license and graduation from an accredited PTA program, with preferred SNF experience. Competitive benefits and stable hours offered.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in good standing.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
• Compassionate, resident-focused approach to care.

Responsibilities

• Administer physical therapy treatments according to established plans of care.
• Assist residents with therapeutic exercises, gait training, and functional mobility.
• Monitor and document resident progress and responses to treatment.
• Collaborate with Physical Therapists and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Promote safety, dignity, and individualized resident care.
• Comply with facility policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
