Job summary

Evolve Therapy Services, LLC is hiring a Physical Therapy Assistant for an in-house Skilled Nursing Facility in North Platte, NE. This full-time opportunity includes a $5,000 sign-on bonus along with part-time and PRN options and flexible scheduling.

You will assist in planning, organizing, developing, and directing Physical Therapy services under the supervision of a Physical Therapist to ensure high-quality resident care in compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in physical therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Physical Therapy Assistant license in state(s) of practice.
• Ongoing continuing education and professional development to maintain licensure and certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to residents under the direct supervision of the Physical Therapist.
• Conduct screening of residents to determine need for intervention.
• Assist in evaluation and treatment planning under the supervision of the Physical Therapist.
• Implement treatment plans including gait, strength, mobility, balance, ROM, and modalities.
• Document compliant and medically necessary information in NetHealth EMR as required.
