Job summary

Cedar Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to support residents with person-centered care across our on-site campus in New Jersey. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday, 8am–4:30pm, with hourly compensation between $35 and $39 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience with older adults preferred.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Current state license in physical therapy where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic daily living support and person-centered care.
• Deliver day-to-day Physical Therapy treatments across all settings within the Erickson Senior Living community.
• Follow Medicare, state and federal regulations, APTA guidelines, and company policies.
• Implement residents' personal care plans focusing on strengths and routines.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary clinical team to address residents' needs.
