Job summary

Peak Motion, PLLC in Portland, OR is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our clinical team. Under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, you will implement treatment components and monitor patient progress across all ages.

This full-time role requires strong communication, teamwork and the ability to document accurately. Expect a 40‑hour week with Monday–Friday hours, possible overtime with Clinic Director approval, and collaborative work in a supportive outpatient

Qualifications

• Associates Degree by a CAPTE-accredited program.
• State license or certification to practice and any additional requirements by the state

Responsibilities

• Under supervision of a Physical Therapist, implement components of patient interventions.
• Monitor patient progress and modify interventions as directed by the Physical Therapist.
• Document patient progress at discharge in medical records and communicate with the care team.
• Contribute to patient safety and comfort across all ages.
