Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Implement selected components of patient interventions under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Monitor patients for progress and safety and adjust interventions as directed.
• Document patient progress and discharge information per departmental policies.
• Assist in treatment of individuals of all ages and maintain a safe clinical environment.
• Communicate effectively with patients and health care team members.
