Job summary

Peak Motion, PLLC is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our clinical team in Vancouver, WA. The PTA will work under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, delivering selected treatment components and monitoring patient progress.

The role emphasizes patient safety, accurate documentation, and collaboration with therapists and other healthcare staff to help patients regain movement and function across age groups.

Qualifications

• Satisfactory verbal, reading and writing skills in English.
• Read medical records and instrument panels; apply modalities.
• Monitor patients for adverse reactions; modify interventions under PT guidance.
• Engage with patients to support safety and comfort during therapy.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Physical Therapist in delivering treatment plans.
• Implement selected components of patient interventions.
• Document progress and adjust activities under supervision.
• Collaborate with the care team to support patient mobility and function.
