Peak Motion, PLLC in Portland, OR seeks a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide physical therapy services under supervision of a PT. You will implement components of interventions, monitor progress and ensure patient safety across all ages.

Estimated 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with potential for overtime. Satisfactory English communication, CAPTE-accredited associate degree, state license or certification required. Join a team-focused clinic environment.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree by a CAPTE-accredited program.
• State license or certification to practice and any additional requirements by the state

Responsabilités

• Communicate effectively in English with patients and care team.
• Assist the Physical Therapist in delivering interventions and document progress.
• Monitor patients for adverse reactions to treatment and adjust as needed.
• Apply modalities such as ice, heat and electrical stimulation.
• Assist with bed mobility transfers, ambulation, and positioning as directed.
