Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates Degree by a CAPTE-accredited program.
• State license or certification to practice and any additional requirements by the state

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively in English with patients and care team.
• Assist the Physical Therapist in delivering interventions and document progress.
• Monitor patients for adverse reactions to treatment and adjust as needed.
• Apply modalities such as ice, heat and electrical stimulation.
• Assist with bed mobility transfers, ambulation, and positioning as directed.
