Enhance Rehabilitation in Illinois is seeking a qualified Physical Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic team. Working under the guidance of a Physical Therapist, you will assist in carrying out individualized plans of care and helping patients achieve functional goals.

You will participate in developing treatment programs, assist with all phases of therapy, discuss progress with patients, and maintain charts, while coordinating with the Physical Therapist, Director of Rehab, and facility staff.

• Qualified physical therapy assistant.

Responsibilities

• Ensure every patient receives quality treatment resulting in excellent functional outcomes.
• With assistance of physical therapist, develop and implement physical therapy treatment programs based based on each patient's particular needs.
• Assist patients with all phases of physical therapy treatment and techniques.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit.
• Provide continuous communication with Physical Therapist, Director or Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard physical therapy equipment.
