Job summary

The Creekside Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Tennessee is seeking a full-time Physical Therapy Assistant to join a dedicated geriatric care team. You will assist the PT with mobility-focused therapies and help residents improve their functional abilities in a skilled nursing setting.

Candidates must hold a PTA license for the state, be able to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision, and demonstrate commitment to patient well-being.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant in the practicing state.
• Experience with geriatric populations preferred.
• Ability to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision.

Responsibilities

Physical Therapy Assistant

Looking for a full time talented and motivated Physical Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic team. The position is within a Skilled Nursing facility. Candidate should possess passion for geriatric population, must contain a license in the state of practice, be able to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision, and posses the desire to perform functional therapeutic activities to assist residents improve in their experience.
