Creekside Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a full-time Physical Therapy Assistant to join our geriatric-focused team in a skilled nursing facility in Greenbrier, TN. The ideal candidate holds a valid state license and can evaluate and treat patients independently, delivering targeted therapies to improve mobility and reduce pain.

The position offers Monday through Friday work hours, competitive compensation, and benefits; SNF experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Must hold a license to practice as a Physical Therapy Assistant in the state of practice.
• Ability to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision.
• Desire to perform functional therapeutic activities to assist residents.

Responsibilities

• Assist the PT with therapies designed to improve mobility and relieve pain.
• Support treatment plans and monitor patient progress in a skilled nursing facility.

Looking for a full time talented and motivated Physical Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic team. The position is within a Skilled Nursing facility. Candidate should possess passion for geriatric population, must contain a license in the state of practice, be able to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision, and posses the desire to perform functional therapeutic activities to assist residents improve in their experience.
