Job summary

Creekside Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a full-time Physical Therapy Assistant to join a dynamic team in a skilled nursing facility. The candidate will assist the PT to improve mobility, relieve pain, and promote overall wellness for geriatric residents.

Must be licensed as a Physical Therapy Assistant in the state of practice. SNF experience is a plus, but not required. Monday through Friday work schedule with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current state license as Physical Therapy Assistant.
• SNF experience preferred but not required.

• Support residents’ mobility, function, and wellness within a skilled nursing setting.

Physical Therapy Assistant

Looking for a full time talented and motivated Physical Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic team. The position is within a Skilled Nursing facility. Candidate should possess passion for geriatric population, must contain a license in the state of practice, be able to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision, and posses the desire to perform functional therapeutic activities to assist residents improve in their experience.
