Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist Assistant license in Texas.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Pediatric experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans per physician orders for pediatric patients.
• Provide in-home therapy services to a range of pediatric diagnoses.
• Engage with families, communicating goals and progress regularly.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop holistic plans.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of care provided and plan updates.
• Participate in meetings with supervisors and team leads to refine therapy strategies.

Responsibilities

• Implement relevant treatment plans aligned with physician's orders.
• Provide in-home therapy services for pediatric patients with a wide range of diagnoses.
• Engage with patients' families, providing them with regular communication and updates on goals for their child.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including other therapy disciplines, physicians, and nurses, to develop holistic treatment plans that address the diverse needs of each patient
• Maintain comprehensive documentation that reflects the care provided and communicates changes in treatment plans to the entire healthcare team.
• Actively participate in one-on-one meetings with PT Supervisor/team leads to discuss patient progress, share insights, and refine treatment strategies collaboratively.
