Job summary

Creekside Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a full-time Physical Therapy Assistant to join our skilled nursing team. You will assist the PT with therapies designed to improve mobility, relieve pain, and promote wellness for our geriatric residents.

The ideal candidate holds a state license, can evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision, and is passionate about enhancing residents' quality of life in a home-like SNF setting.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant in the state of practice.
• Ability to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist the PT with therapies designed to improve mobility, relieve pain, prevent or limit disability, and promote wellness for residents.
• Support functional activities to enhance residents' daily living in a skilled nursing facility.

Physical Therapy Assistant

Looking for a full time talented and motivated Physical Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic team. The position is within a Skilled Nursing facility. Candidate should possess passion for geriatric population, must contain a license in the state of practice, be able to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision, and posses the desire to perform functional therapeutic activities to assist residents improve in their experience.
