Job summary

Creekside Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Oak Hill, TN is seeking a full-time Physical Therapy Assistant to support our geriatric residents in a skilled nursing setting. You will work under the supervision of a physical therapist to help improve mobility, reduce pain, and promote wellness through targeted therapies.

The ideal candidate has an active PTA license in Tennessee, welcomes independent evaluation and treatment, and is passionate about aging populations.

Qualifications

• SNF experience preferred but not required
• Must possess a license in the state of practice
• Ability to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision
• Desire to perform functional activities to assist residents

Looking for a full time talented and motivated Physical Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic team. The position is within a Skilled Nursing facility. Candidate should possess passion for geriatric population, must contain a license in the state of practice, be able to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision, and posses the desire to perform functional therapeutic activities to assist residents improve in their experience.
