Job summary

Lions Rehab Center in Cumberland, MD is seeking a PRN Physical Therapy Assistant to deliver direct rehab care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist at our 101-bed skilled nursing facility.

The PTA will implement treatment plans, educate patients, chart accurately, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes in a compassionate setting. Maryland license and post-acute experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Maryland licensure/registration required.
• One year of post-acute care experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and email.

Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapy Assistant, you will provide direct rehab care in physical therapy to patients under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist (PT).
