• Follow PT treatment plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary team.
• Chart patient progress promptly and accurately.
• Use therapy software correctly and maintain documentation.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude.
• Assist in patient evacuation when needed and ensure safety.
• Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Apply reasoning and good judgment in daily tasks.
• Communicate effectively with the team to support resident outcomes.
