Job summary

Lions Rehab Center in Cumberland, Maryland, is seeking a PRN Physical Therapy Assistant to join our skilled nursing facility team. You will provide direct rehab care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, helping residents achieve functional goals with compassionate, patient-centered care.

As a PTA, you will implement treatment plans, document progress, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team. MD licensure is required, and prior post-acute care experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited program.
• Currently registered/licensed in Maryland.
• One (1) year experience in post-acute care or related setting preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and e-mail.

Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapy Assistant, you will provide direct rehab care in physical therapy to patients under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist (PT). Our team is dedicated to delivering quality care to each of our residents, and we are looking for a motivated and compassionate PTA to join our family.
