Job Summary:

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant to provide high-quality physical therapy services to our patients in an outpatient setting. As a Physical Therapy Assistant, you will work under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, educate patients and their families on proper techniques and modifications, and maintain accurate and thorough patient records.

Responsibilities:

• Assist licensed physical therapists in conducting patient evaluations, treatments, and modalities as needed

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with physical therapists

• Educate patients and their families on proper techniques and modifications to promote optimal outcomes

• Maintain accurate and thorough patient records, including progress notes and treatment plans

• Participate in patient care conferences and team meetings as needed

• Stay up-to-date on current physical therapy techniques and best practices

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant in the State of Maryland
