Gardens of Euclid Beach in Cleveland, Ohio is seeking qualified Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) for Full-Time and PRN roles to join our in-house rehabilitation team. As a PTA, you’ll work under a licensed PT to provide skilled therapy, help residents improve mobility and independence, and support a compassionate, resident-centered care model.

Qualifications

• Active Ohio PTA license
• License in good standing with applicable licensing boards and regulatory agencies
• LTC/SNF, geriatric, or post-acute experience preferred, but not required
• Net Health experience is a plus
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative therapy team
• Passion for helping residents maintain mobility, function, and independence

What You'll Do

As a PTA, you'll work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to provide skilled, hands-on therapy services that help residents improve their strength, mobility, balance, endurance, independence, and overall quality of life.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing skilled therapy interventions under the direction of a Physical Therapist

• Implementing individualized treatment plans
