Qualifications

• High School diploma is required.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients in person and by phone.
• Assist clinicians with scheduling and patient intake.
• Prepare treatment areas and set up exercise equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
• Assist patients with exercises and home programs.
