Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients by phone and in person during check-in and appointments.
• Assist clinicians with scheduling and patient intake to promote efficiency.
• Onboard new patients, review forms, verify benefits, and complete medical documents.
• Prepare and clean treatment areas, set up exercise equipment, and support therapy activities.
• Monitor patient progress and assist patients with prescribed home exercise programs.
