Qualifications

• High School diploma required; must be 18+ years old.
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to interact with patients and support clinical staff.

• Assist with scheduling and registration processes.
• Review paperwork, verify benefits, and complete forms.
• Prepare treatment areas and set up exercise equipment.
• Monitor progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
