ATI Physical Therapy in South Bend, IN is seeking a friendly Physical Therapy Aide to support therapists and patients in a busy clinic. You will learn hands-on skills and gain exposure to patient care routines, rehabilitation exercises, and clerical tasks within a real-world clinical setting.

This role emphasizes patient check-in, setup of treatment areas, and assisting with home exercise programs, with mentorship from experienced clinicians and opportunities to grow in a healthcare field.

Qualifications

Must have healthcare or customer service experience.
High School diploma required.
Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

Greet and interact with patients during check-in and throughout their appointment.
Assist clinicians with scheduling and patient intake.
Onboard new patients, verify benefits, and complete paperwork.
Support Physical Therapist by preparing and cleaning treatment areas and setting up equipment.
Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
Assist patients with exercises and home exercise programs.
