ATI Health seeks a Physical Therapy Aide to join our outpatient rehab team. You will support therapists, prepare treatment spaces, and help patients with exercises, both in clinic and through home programs. Training and mentorship are provided to help you grow in the physical therapy field.

Required are a High School diploma and 18+ years of age, plus healthcare or customer service experience. This is a full-time, on-site role located at US-IN McCordsville with competitive benefits and growth

Qualifications

• Must have healthcare and/or customer service experience.
• High School diploma required; 18+ years old preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients by phone and in person during check-in and appointments.
• Assist with efficient patient intake, registration, and scheduling.
• Onboard new patients, review paperwork, and verify benefits.
• Prepare and clean treatment areas; set up and adjust exercise equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate with the therapy team.
• Assist patients in performing exercises and home programs.
