Job summary

ATI Physical Therapy seeks a part-time team member to support patient care, with availability for early morning or late afternoon shifts. This role offers hands-on training, mentorship, and exposure to physical therapy alongside experienced clinicians.

You will greet patients, assist with intake and scheduling, prepare treatment areas, help patients perform exercises, and monitor progress, while benefiting from a comprehensive benefits package and PTO.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients by phone and in person during check-in and throughout appointments.
• Promote efficient patient intake, registration, and scheduling.
• Onboard new patients by reviewing paperwork, verifying benefits, and completing forms.
• Support Physical Therapist by preparing/cleaning treatment areas and setting up equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
• Assist patients with exercises and home exercise programs.
