Job summary

ATI Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapy Aide to join a collaborative team dedicated to patient care. You will gain hands-on healthcare skills through training and mentorship, supporting clinicians and patients in daily therapy activities.

You will help with patient check-ins, setup of therapy spaces, and monitoring progress while assisting with home exercise programs. A positive, patient-focused environment is provided.

Qualifications

• Required: High School diploma, 18+ years old, healthcare and/or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients by phone and in person during check-in and appointments.
• Assist with scheduling and patient intake to support clinicians.
• Review paperwork, verify benefits, and complete medical forms for new patients.
• Prepare and clean treatment areas, set up and adjust exercise equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
• Assist patients with exercises and home exercise programs.
