Job summary

ATI Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapy Aide to support clinicians, greet patients, and help in treatment rooms. You will assist with setup, equipment, and patient exercises while gaining exposure to physical and occupational therapy in a collaborative setting.

You will contribute to patient intake, progress monitoring, and home exercise programs, with hands-on mentorship and training to develop healthcare skills for your career.

Qualifications

• High School diploma.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience.
• Preferred: healthcare experience in PT aide/technician, medical assistant, hospital, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients by phone and in person during check-in and appointments.
• Promote efficient patient intake, registration, scheduling support for clinicians.
• Onboard new patients, review paperwork, verify benefits, and complete forms.
• Support therapists by preparing and cleaning treatment areas and equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
• Assist patients in performing exercises and support home exercise programs.
