Job summary

ATI Physical Therapy is seeking a motivated Physical Therapy Aide to join a collaborative team focused on delivering exceptional patient care. You will receive hands-on training, mentorship, and exposure to physical therapy practices to support patient recovery.

You will assist clinicians, help with patient intake, and participate in preparing treatment spaces and equipment. A strong emphasis on customer service and teamwork will contribute to a positive patient experience at ATI.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Healthcare or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients by phone and in person during check-in and throughout appointments.
• Promote efficient patient intake and registration and assist clinicians with scheduling.
• Onboard new patients, review paperwork, verify benefits, and complete medical forms.
• Support Physical Therapist by preparing and cleaning treatment areas and setting up equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team; assist patients with exercises and home programs.
