Job summary

ATI Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapy Aide to join a collaborative team focused on delivering exceptional patient care. You will gain hands-on training, mentorship, and exposure to physical therapy while supporting clinicians and patients throughout treatment sessions.

The role involves assisting with patient intake, preparing treatment areas, and helping patients perform exercises and home programs, with a strong emphasis on customer service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients in person and by phone during check-in and throughout appointments.
• Assist with scheduling and onboarding processes to ensure efficient patient flow.
• Onboard new patients by reviewing paperwork, verifying benefits, and completing medical forms.
• Support Physical Therapist by preparing and cleaning treatment areas and setting up equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
• Assist patients with exercises and support home exercise programs.
