ATI Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapy Aide to join a collaborative team dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care. You will gain hands-on training and mentorship while supporting the recovery of patients in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities include patient check-in, assisting clinicians, preparing treatment areas, and guiding patients through exercises and home programs. A focus on patient interaction and safety is essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients in person and by phone.
• Assist with patient intake, registration, and scheduling to support clinicians.
• Assist Physical Therapists by preparing treatment areas and equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
• Help patients perform exercises and support home exercise programs.
